We are building an Atlanta-centered implementation team across project delivery, architecture, engineering, quality, training, and support functions.
Compensation details are discussed during screening based on role level, experience, and engagement structure.

Project Manager
Lead delivery planning, risk control, and stakeholder coordination across implementation phases.
Responsibilities
- Own milestone plans, dependencies, and escalation tracking.
- Run weekly governance cadence and action closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, QA, training, and support.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years in software implementation project or program management.
- Strong risk and dependency management discipline.
- Public sector or education domain experience preferred.
Solution Architect
Own architecture decisions, integration approach, and production-readiness controls.
Responsibilities
- Define architecture blueprint and implementation guardrails.
- Guide identity, integration, and data-flow decisions.
- Lead technical design reviews and risk mitigation plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years in architecture for data or application platforms.
- AWS-native design and API integration expertise.
- Experience with access-control and governance architecture.
Frontend and Application Engineer
Build role-based application workflows, dashboard surfaces, and user-facing implementation features.
Responsibilities
- Implement React and TypeScript workflow features.
- Develop reusable UI components and route behavior.
- Partner with QA to ship acceptance-ready releases.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years with modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong TypeScript and component architecture skills.
- Experience with role-based workflow interfaces preferred.
Integration and API Engineer
Design and implement secure integration pathways and API services for phased source activation.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain API connectors and ingestion services.
- Implement retry, monitoring, and exception handling patterns.
- Document technical dependencies and activation readiness.

- 5+ years in API and integration engineering.
- Experience with secure enterprise data exchange.
- Strong diagnostics and observability practices.
Data Engineer
Build reliable data pipelines, transformations, and quality controls for analytics workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop ETL and ELT jobs for operational analytics.
- Implement quality checks and reconciliation routines.
- Optimize models for reporting and decision-support workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years in data engineering.
- Strong SQL and cloud data services experience.
- Pipeline testing and quality automation experience preferred.
QA Lead and Analyst
Own test strategy, defect control, and release-quality evidence across implementation milestones.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute functional, integration, and UAT plans.
- Manage defect lifecycle and closure validation.
- Produce release readiness and quality evidence packages.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years in software QA and test leadership.
- Experience with workflow and integration validation.
- Strong test documentation and traceability discipline.
Training Lead
Design role-centered training assets and drive adoption support through rollout waves.
Responsibilities
- Create role-specific training plans and materials.
- Lead live sessions, office hours, and reinforcement cycles.
- Measure adoption barriers and improve enablement assets.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years in software training or change enablement.
- Strong facilitation and instructional communication skills.
- Education-sector onboarding experience preferred.
Support Lead and Engineer
Run hypercare and steady-state support operations with strong triage and escalation discipline.
Responsibilities
- Triage incidents and coordinate owner-based resolution.
- Support release validation and operational stability.
- Maintain issue trend reporting and closure evidence.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years in SaaS support or operations engineering.
- Strong incident response and customer communication skills.
- Experience with support analytics and ticketing tools.
